We shared some big news last week—we’ve raised an additional $25 million in Series B funding. Our goal is to scale Tidelift for creators and users, so that we can make open source better—for everyone.
The first step in that process was to announce $1 million for open source developers; we’re already paying out to dozens of maintainers (we call them “lifters”).
Step two is to expand our team. We’re hiring in a bunch of new positions.
Many of them will help build our relationships with lifters and customers:

And one of them will get to help build our entire team! I’m particularly excited to find someone who will help us grow and mature the healthy, supportive culture that we’ve been working on since day one:

We’re a young company, so that sometimes means people have to wear a lot of hats. But we believe in work-life harmony: doing good work, with urgency and pragmatism, and at a sustainable pace. Many of these roles can also be remote; about half of our team, including two of our founders, are remote, and we take employee experience seriously wherever you are based.
