Tidelift was recently named an IDC Innovator for open source software support. In the report accompanying the announcement, analysts Al Gillen and Elaina Stergiades share why they see Tidelift as an emerging model of open source support filling a gap where enterprise class coverage has not historically been available for the vast majority of open source components.
